All conference and workshop cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@sniffsniffhooray.com no later than 12:00 AM EST on February 14, 2026. Cancellation requests received by this deadline will be eligible for a 50% refund of the original registration fee. If we're able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist, you will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted after 12:01 AM EST on February 14. 2026 or for no-shows.

Sniff Sniff Hooray, LLC, its instructors, designers, contractors, exhibitors, sponsors, and owners shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the information contained in this conference.

If you are unable to attend, you may designate a substitute to attend in your place at no additional charge. Substitution requests must be submitted by February 14, 2026m in writing to info@sniffsniffhooray.com.
Conference registration includes general sessions for March 7, 2026. Some workshops and lodging require separate registration and additional fees. These sessions may have limited capacity and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

To maintain a safe and productive environment for all attendees, Source organizers reserve the right to require the removal of any attendee and their dog-including service dogs and service dog-in-training-if the dog exhibits aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, behaviors that pose a threat to others, cause significant distraction, or interfere with the event's operations.
